Our aim: to promote polo The principal aim of St. Moritz Polo AG is to promote the sport of polo worldwide, especially in Switzerland. High standards of treatment of horses are very important to us, both on the pitch and in breeding and keeping. We are not only organisers of our own events; we place our accumulated knowledge at the disposal of other organisations worldwide, in the fields of animal husbandry, tournament organisation, infrastructure, hospitality, sponsorship and marketing.
Our strategy: think global, act local While furthering the sport of polo and implementing animal-friendly rules of play, St. Moritz Polo AG is making a name for itself as a proven expert in the field of polo. Our own events further consolidate our expertise, and our home market of Switzerland and the Engadine plays a special role in this. This is the showcase for our activities, where we create excellent conditions for the practice of polo in the Engadine and nationwide. In doing so we combine our strengths with those of local partners and event organisers.
Our philosophy: animal welfare as top priority All our action is based on responsible and appropriate handling of horses. Animal welfare takes priority in all our activities. The fulfilment of ethical principles in handling animals also forms the basis of all our cooperation with partner organisations pursuing similar objectives. |
