What is RSS?
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication”. This technology allows you to subscribe to the content of a website. With RSS, new content is automatically downloaded at regular intervals to the subscriber’s computer or other devices such as mobile phones, PDAs or mobile gaming platforms.
This means the latest information is delivered to the subscriber automatically and conveniently. Functions based on RSS are increasingly being integrated into existing applications, for example in e-mail clients such as Outlook or Web browsers such as Internet Explorer. The delivery of data in RSS format is also called an RSS feed.
St. Moritz Polo World Cup on Snow 2013
For the first time in the tournament’s almost 30-year history, the St. Moritz Polo World Cup on Snow had to be cancelled this year due to the weather conditions. The ice covering Lake St. Moritz was too thin to ensure safe conducting of the polo tournament. Looking to the future, we will do everything in our power to ensure optimal conditions for the next St. Moritz Polo World Cup in 2013.
